Seasonally we offer either a continental breakfast or a full gourmet breakfast. During our low season of October through May, we serve a continental breakfast of hot and cold cereals, toast or bagels, fruit and yogurt, and coffee, tea and juice.
During our high season of June through September, we serve a full gourmet breakfast from 8-10am. All of our preparations include a breakfast protein, fruit, toast and juice. Some examples of our scrumptious hot breakfasts include:
Traditional Eggs Benedict, and seasonally offered with crab or smoked salmon
Spinach, ham and gruyere quiche served with greek yogurt parfait
Creme Brulee French Toast with sausages or bacon
Chorizo and eggs served with warm tortillas, salsa, sour cream and cojita cheese
Northwest blueberry oatmeal pancakes, scrambled eggs and ham
Hawaiian Style Breakfast with Portugese sausage, scrambled eggs, sticky rice and grilled pineapple
Bagels and Pacific Northwest Lox served with creme fraiche, capers and shallots
Chicken Apple Sausage served with poached eggs and hollandaise over Rosemary artisian bread.
For those finicky eaters, we also offer an assortment of hot and cold cereals available in place of any of the above prepared entrees. Sorry, we cannot cook to order additional dishes as we are a limited operation and do not have the capacity to do so.
And Yes! We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions when notified in advance. It is helpful if you call us to let us know what you would normally have for breakfast so we have a starting point to get creative with. We always have Red Mill gluten free products on hand.
If you are departing for an early flight or function we are happy to prepare a to-go breakfast for you to bring along. You are also welcome to help yourself to hot and cold cereals, fruit, coffee and tea from our breakfast buffet bar as early as 7:30am. Because the majority of our guests are leisure travelers, we offer the hot, full-service portion of breakfast between the hours of 8am and 10am in order to ensure the freshest possible entrees.
