Bed & Breakfast Inn Seattle offers private rental of between 10 and 14 guest rooms within the home. We are a perfect alternative to the traditional "block of rooms" at larger commercial establishments. Our home sleeps up to 30 adults in beds with additional space for small children. The home is set up for sleeping a large group but does not offer banquet facilities, large dining areas or a suitable location for a wedding ceremony. 2012 Rates:
Sunday - Wednesdays starting at $1,000 per night
Thursdays - Saturdays starting $1,400 per night

We have a four
night minimum on weekends and a three night minimum on weeknights. We
offer a weekly rate for groups staying 7 nights or longer (except on
major holidays).
A $500 damage/cleaning deposit is required at check in and can be paid in cash or on a credit card. If your group leaves our home in the same condition it was provided to you in, the deposit is refunded. Due to
licensing, insurance, and as a courtesy to our neighbors, we are unable to accommodate groups that are
looking to have additional non-registered guests present for entertaining.
To enhance the experience of your destination wedding guests we'd like to suggest a day at the Olympus Spa. This Korean influenced spa is like no other you have been to! Amazing body scrubs and moisturizing treatments with milk and honey have your skin feeling smooth as a baby's.... Really. There are 4 hydrotherapy pools, an icy plunge pool, steam room, dry sauna, heated earth energy detox rooms, massage, skin & nail services and restaurant. Please call us for details. Town car service is available for round trip transportation to and from the Spa. $120 for up to 4 passengers. Five passengers or more in a limousine are $30 each person RT.
