Bicycle Rental
Seattle consistently has been rated one of the top spots in the country
for bicycling. Not surprisingly, a substantial proportion of
Seattleites use their bicycles for recreation or transportation. It is
estimated that about 36% of Seattle's 520,000 citizens engage in
recreational bicycling, and between 4,000 and 8,000 people bicycle
commute in Seattle each day, depending on the time of year and weather
conditions.
Be a Seattleite for a day and head over to the Burke-Gilman Trail for an uninterrupted, 15 mile, scenic trail along the water between Seattle's Freemont district and Kenmore.
Or, cycle along Lake Washington Boulevard through the
Arboretum and botanical gardens for a memorable ride through lush gardens
and stately mature trees. Head towards the Museum of History and Industry at the
University of Washington Campus. Or head south and follow Lake Washington Boulevard
towards Seattle's picturesque lakefront communities of Madison
Park, Washington Park, Madrona, Leschi, Mt. Baker and Seward Park.
